1. write charset utf=8 at META TAGS and save notepad source as UTF8.
   
2. TITLE and lang= en and el [[el only appendix and art]]
3. check the navbars, with fixed font sizes, headers and footers places correctly
4. correct TARGET=
5. correct CLASS= styles to classes for title font-sizes
6. read and revise content
7. click all links external
8. click all links internal
9. orthography check
10. sign at the end, date
11. write name to 3 indices
12. upload
